RAWALPINDI: A local police on Sunday arrested fourteen gamblers and recovered bet money besides 10 mobile phones, two motorcycles from their possession, informed police spokesman.
Sadiqabad police conducted a raid in the area of Dhoke Kashmarian and held seven gamblers namely Zafran, Arslan, Suni, Anwar, Adeel, Rameez and Irfan. In another raid, Saddar Barooni police arrested gamblers identified as Asif, Usman Ashfaq, Jaleel, Illyas, Nazar and Changez.
Police also recovered bet money Rs 27,000 and 10 mobile phones, two motorcycles from their possession. Police have registered separate cases and started investigation.
