LAHORE: A police official has been martyred while a robber has been killed during a shootout in the Township area of Lahore. The police signaled a motorcycle to stop at a check post. The motorcyclists allegedly opened fire on the police. The firing was retaliated. Meanwhile the police constable Faisal was martyred on the spot while one robber was killed and his accomplice fled the scene. The funeral prayer of the constable was offered in District Police Line.
